90° ELBOW is specially designed for fluid diversion in pipeline systems. It is suitable for water heating, refrigeration, industrial pipelines and other scenarios to ensure efficient fluid diversion and reduce pressure loss, thereby improving system stability.

High-quality copper material: Made of high-purity copper (C11000), it has excellent corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and ductility, supports welding and brazing processes, and has a long service life.
Precise angle design: 90° standard bend angle optimizes the fluid diversion path, reduces turbulence and pressure drop, and ensures transmission efficiency.
High sealing: The socket connection is combined with the welding process to ensure that the interface is tight and leak-free, and is suitable for medium and low pressure working environments.
Strong versatility: Compatible with cold water, hot water, gas and non-corrosive liquid media, and adaptable to a variety of pipeline system requirements.

Surface treatment: Natural copper luster, no coating (anti-oxidation or polishing treatment is optional).
Pressure level: Recommended working pressure ≤1.6MPa.

Connection method: socket welding (standard) / threaded connection (customization required).
Bending radius: supports short radius (SR) or long radius (LR) design, and the default short radius is for conventional models.
Optional specifications (unit: inches, marked as "pipe diameter × wall thickness")
Common sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" (supports non-standard customization)
Wall thickness options: Type K/L/M (classified according to ASTM standards, default Type L).
