DUAL PRESSURE SWITCH is a dual pressure controller designed for industrial applications. With its precise pressure sensing, reliable performance and user-friendly design, it is widely used in various occasions that require dual pressure monitoring.
1. Appearance Design
The main body of the controller is white, simple and generous, highlighting the sense of professionalism. There is a black round button on the top with the words "AUTO RESET" next to it, which is convenient for users to manually reset the controller when needed. There is a golden knob on each side of the controller. The knob on the left is marked with a blue mark and is used to adjust the set value of the differential pressure (DIFF); the knob on the right is used to adjust the set value of the pressure range (RANGE). There is a black line between the two knobs connected to the black round hole in the center of the controller, which adds to the technological sense of the product.
2. Display and Operation
On the front of the controller, there are two display panels. The display panel on the left clearly shows the word "DIFF" and the set value that may be adjusted by the knob (although the specific value is not shown in the picture, the user can adjust it through the knob). The display panel on the right shows the word "RANGE" and lists different numerical ranges, such as 432 psig for 30 bar, 435 psig for 25 bar, etc., for users to choose the appropriate pressure range according to actual needs.
3. Interface and connection
There are two copper connectors under the controller, each with a blue plastic cap to protect the connector from damage during transportation and storage. These connectors can be used to connect external devices such as sensors and actuators to monitor and control pressure.
4. Functions and features
Dual pressure monitoring: can monitor two different pressure values at the same time to meet the needs of complex industrial applications.
Automatic reset function: when the pressure exceeds the set value, the controller will automatically trigger the protection mechanism; once the pressure returns to normal, the user can reset the controller by pressing the black button on the top.
